You’ll play a key role in developing and refining Fractal Design’s award-winning products- transforming ideas into premium, functional, and elegant solutions for PC enthusiasts worldwide. This position suits someone with a strong engineering foundation who thrives in the intersection of design, function, and manufacturing.

About this role:

We’re looking for a Design Engineer with solid CAD experience (preferably SolidWorks) and a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and usability. 

This is a temporary position with the possibility of a permanent employment after one year.

Among other things, you will:

• Develop and refine mechanical designs from concept to production
• Create and maintain 3D models, drawings, and specifications
• Collaborate closely with Industrial design and Manufacturing partners
• Support prototyping, testing, and design validation
• Ensure manufacturability and maintain Fractal’s design standards
• Manage documentation and ensure design data remains accurate and updated

To succeed in this role, you have:

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical or Product Design Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience with CAD software (preferably SolidWorks)
• A practical understanding of materials, manufacturing methods, and tolerance design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience working with suppliers and production partners (especially in Asia)
• A background in consumer electronics, PC hardware, or mechanical product design
